Why aren't banks giving loans? or are they?

In honer of the Royal Wedding, I will say this: Good day my Royal Subjects! How goes the world of credit for you this fine day!?!?!

I have heard much of the media chatting about banks and how they are NOT giving loans! Well crap salad and holy buckets! The media would having you believing the Earth is going to explode if they could, and they would! Here is the deal friends, I work with some of the TOP MORTGAGE AND REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS IN MINNESOTA!!! Which is lucky for me, and I thank them but what I get from them is so valuable. I get information, sales aren't like they were last year but they are steady. Refinances aren't as hot as they were a few years ago, duh?!? However business is still happening everyday. Values are down and we don't have the tax credit like last year but rates are still rocking from what I can see. Friends, you're afraid of getting back in the game is what I think and you're stuck on the train to negativity town. From what I can see is people ARE getting back into owning homes and being able to refinance again. There are many programs out there, and I have the professionals that know them. Credit beat up a bit, that's okay. You might not be as bad as you think. I can't preach enough to talk to your mortgage professional and see where you are at. It's not like you would be buying a house the second after you talk to someone but you need to start taking the steps to do so. With so many great deals on properties why wait, the process of getting qualified and finding then closing on your home can take a while. If you need credit help, well that adds to the clock, so why do you keep waiting? My motivation is simple, we have to take back our economy. We can't allow others to do for us when we can do it ourselves. I want us as Americans to start taking back the dream that so many immigrants come here for. Every month I'm helping people be in a position to buy a home. Sometimes it happens on a daily basis, it is happening all the time. Here is a scenario for you and please keep in mind it is basic in thought. Your credit is beat up, job loss or job change, divorce and let me through in a life happens. Your life is now settling down and you "wish" for a home or "just want to be able to" You need to get off your ass and start talking to people and find out exactly what you can do to stop wishing and living the life you want. Credit can get fixed and get better, rates hold, values hold, everything is looking good. Some hard work and effort, mix in some time and patience = HOME OWNER (insert your name) Bottom line is this, BANKS ARE LENDING, IT IS HOW THEY MAKE MONEY! Talk to your Mortgage and Real Estate professionals and see for yourself. If you don't have them, I do! Need some credit help, have questions or concerns you know where I am! I'm always around....
