Budgets, debts, the economy oh my! Feel like your world?

With all the worlds events and especially what is happening with the US I thought I would chat it up about your world and how this could actually improve your life in a hard time.

Greetings Blog Amaniacs! What is it that I'm talking about? How can increasing gas prices, more taxes and natural disasters make my life better? If you watch the news or if you don't odds are someone in your office is. The budget talks are a hot topic, the nations dollar, oil, all of which have an impact on our economy which is your own individual economy. Now is the best time to take a look at your current spending habits and learn from what has put this country in the position it is in right now. I've been talking to a lot of people, money is tight for many people. Remember the guy with the rocking Mercedes? Yep he called me too, some things just haven't been going his way either. He did something about it, he called and got some helpful advice.

You! RIGHT NOW! might not be making less money, but if you're not making more money how do you keep your current life style? Most that I have chatted with are supplementing their income with credit cards. The old adage of "I'll pay it off at the end of the month" is harder and harder. That can put you in a bind if you want to leverage yourself and take advantage of some great opportunities. What I'm telling you in short is this, the higher your credit card balances the lower your credit will go. Not done yet though, the higher your balances the higher your payment is. That can mess with your debt to income which means you qualify for less. Now you credit score is lowered, you qualify for less if at all and you have missed out on some opportunity. It doesn't have to be all gloom and doom friends, we can make dreams come true! It just takes planning and patience. Right now is a great time to look at your budget, figure out where the money is coming and going from and do something about it. Manage your debt and make disciplined decisions. In other words, embrace the suck and take a bight of the shit sandwich. What this will do is help time pass faster than having things take longer. Your credit can be fixed, your debts can be paid and life can get better. Don't let Mr. Pride get in your way, if you can't afford something you can't afford it. Answer a couple questions for yourself and then you can make the decision for your family. Do you want to hang on to that great house and sit on orange crates? Who's eyes are you looking through when you view your situation, your own eyes or your neighbors? Happy planning and if it seems to much to do make it easy. Get out the note bad and start writing things down, you don't need a special note book or planner to get started. If you need me, I'm always around!
